Pricing you can plan around
Your account is assigned a price list, and any agreed product-specific rate is applied automatically. Prices on your orders are locked in at the moment you place them.
Stock you can trust
Availability shown in the portal is saleable stock, less anything already committed to another order. What you can add to a cart is what we can pick.
Paperwork that matches your books
Every order produces a payment request and, once supplied, a tax invoice with the right VAT breakdown. Documents stay available in your portal.
One place to check on everything
Order status, payment status and delivery tracking are separate, so you can see at a glance whether you are waiting on us or we are waiting on you.
